The Command Mastery System guides you through Emergency HQ, helps you identify meaningful tasks, teaches you the ins and outs of the game systems, and will make you a true Master of Emergency Land!

What is the Command Mastery System? 

The Command Mastery System, is a helpful progression system that offers you Objectives to guide you through EMERGENCY HQ.  

While you are free to follow your own path and train, build, upgrade, and play in whichever order you desire, this new System can offer a defined path.  

The Command Mastery System is especially helpful if you ever feel stuck or unsure what your next steps should be.  

New Command Mastery Widget 

The Command Mastery System is made up of:  

Commander Portrait: By tapping on your Commander Portrait, you can open your Player Profile. In the Player Profile, you can see all your stats as you did before, such as Username and Player Level (which were previously displayed in your base), as well as a few additions:  

• Command Mastery -> Your current Command Mastery Level 

• Mastery Points -> Points needed to reach your next Command Mastery Level 

• Total Mastery Points -> Total amount of Points you have collected so far 

In the future, you will also be able to choose an avatar to be displayed.  

Directive: Shows how many Objectives you have for the current chapter you are in. If you tap on it, it will open a tooltip where you can see all Objectives and how many Mastery Points they will grant you when you complete them.  

Objective: Shows you your current Objective and how far you are from completing it. If you tap on the arrow on the right, it will lead you directly to where you can work on that Objective. 

Command Mastery: Shows you your current Command Mastery Level and how many Mastery Points you need to reach the next Level. Your Command Mastery Level will always be displayed, while your Mastery Points only show up when you collect them from completing Objectives. 

Progressing 

Follow the Objectives in the Command Mastery System – or not. You are completely free in how you choose to play the game!  

Once you have completed an active Objective, you will be granted Mastery Points.  

Once you have completed all Objectives of a Chapter, a new Chapter becomes available with a new set of Objectives. 

If you ever feel stuck or unsure how to progress, the Command Mastery System is a good indicator of what you could do next.  

If you complete Objectives early, you will be able to collect the Mastery points once those Objectives become available in the Command Mastery System.  

You are not forced to complete Objectives in the order the System suggests. 

Introduction to the Command Mastery System 

New Players will be introduced to the Command Mastery System during the tutorial. You will even collect Mastery Points and reach Command Mastery Levels while learning the first steps of the game! 

Existing players will receive an info screen upon first starting the game after this new feature has been introduced.  

The game will automatically recognise which Objectives and Chapters you have already completed by default, due to where you are currently in the game. This means you will automatically have the correct Command Mastery Level applied, as well as a Chapter and Objectives available that suit your progress in the game.  

Depending on how much of a veteran player you are, it is possible that you have no current Objectives left because you already completed them all. Should this be the case for you, only your Commander Portrait and Command Mastery Level will be displayed. 

We plan to add more Objectives in the future that can cater to veteran players as well.
